I was visiting from West Virginia when my truck broke down. They got me in quickly and kept me informed Shawn was amazing. Wasn't pushy and was extremely honest about what was wrong and what I needed to get my truck home. 2 weeks later they called to check on us to be sure we made it home safely. I've taken my cars to AAMCO a few times now and I won't be taking them anywhere else. They take care of me and my car. I'm not much of a car guy but they haven't taken advantage of my ignorance. In fact they have called me to talk about ways to actively save me hundreds of dollars when possible. The folks at the desk are helpful and friendly, I've gotten to shake hands with a few of the mechanics and they keep a friendly dog in the office too. 10/10 would recommend
I was pleasantly surprised to hear that all I needed was some added transmission fluid instead of a new transmission. It is a good feeling to know that you can trust a company to be honest about what repairs are needed.
